- Cooked in an open kitchen with fish from the Lagos market and Portuguese produce. Share any dietary needs when you register, and the menus are planned around them.

- Coffee is ready before the boat leaves. Breakfast and dinner are served outside whenever the weather allows, with candles along the table after dark.

- About 10 minutes by car
- Close to the Marina de Lagos and Meia Praia, where the boat waits, yet high enough above the coast for quiet nights. Getting to the water is arranged for you.

Breakfast from the chef, a long brunch after the morning on the water, and dinner from an open kitchen where every plate comes with its story: fish from the Lagos market, Portuguese produce, the odd steak night, and wines chosen to match and explained as they’re poured. Breakfast, brunch and the chef’s dinners are part of the week.

Pool, shade and recovery.
Pool, shade and a long afternoon between sessions, then the pool again at golden hour. Massage and yoga are included.

Afternoon
Brunch runs long, then the house goes quiet: daybeds in the shade, the pool, a book, the morning’s footage on the screen. Massage and yoga are included.

Golden hour on the terrace, candles along the table, the chef at work in the open kitchen. Dinner is unhurried, and nobody is driving anywhere.
